How to set availability?

You can update the availability of any listing directly from the Availability Calendar.

1. Select the date range

Click on any day inside the calendar grid.

A window will open showing the listing name and the selected date range.

From here, you can set the new availability quantity.

2. Enter availability quantity

In the popup window:

  • Choose the date range
  • Enter the number of available units for this listing
  • Choose whether the change applies to: Weekdays, Weekends or both
  • Click Set to save

This will instantly update your calendar and synchronize availability across all connected channels.

3. Bulk editing availability

If you need to change availability for multiple listings or long date ranges, click Advanced.

The Bulk Inventory editor allows you to:

  • Select multiple room types at once
  • Choose weekdays/weekends or specific days of the week
  • Set quantity, close availability, or open availability
  • Apply changes to a long date range with a single click

This is ideal for seasonal adjustments, renovation periods, or updating many apartments at once.

Notes

  • If you have several rooms of the same type, you can set availability to 1, 2, 3, 4… Availability reaches “sold out” only when the value becomes 0.
  • For selling beds instead of full rooms, use the same method — simply set the number of beds available within that room type.
  • You can also use Virtual listings to track guest placement or to manage non-bookable inventory.
