How to Join via Airbnb
You can connect your Airbnb account and import all your listings automatically in just a few minutes. If you already manage your properties on Airbnb, this is the fastest and easiest way to start using NOBEDS.
2. Sign In to Your Airbnb Account
You’ll be asked to:
- log in to Airbnb (if not already logged in)
- confirm that you want to allow NOBEDS access to your listings, calendars, prices, and reservation data
NOBEDS does not modify anything on your Airbnb account without your permission — the process is fully secure and reversible.
3. Approve the Connection
After logging in, click Allow or Connect to complete the authorization. This enables:
- automatic listing import
- synchronization of availability and prices
- automatic reservation import into your NOBEDS dashboard
4. Automatic Import Begins
Within a few seconds:
- Your Airbnb listings are added to NOBEDS
- Room types, calendars, and prices are copied
- Your dashboard is prepared automatically
- You can review and edit any details before going live
No manual data entry needed.
5. Final Setup (Optional)
After importing, you can:
- adjust prices or minimum stay rules
- connect your direct booking page
- add other OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.)
- enable automations or AI pricing rules
