The Free version of NOBEDS provides essential tools for managing small properties, but it includes several limitations compared to the Cloud Plus plans.

Sync & System Performance

  • Booking, availability and rate updates are synced every 10 minutes (Paid version: every 1 minute)
  • Contains ads

Property & User Limits

  • Supports up to 1 manager
  • Supports up to 10 rooms/listings
  • Supports up to 3 connected channels (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia)

Feature Limitations

The Free plan does not support the following functionality:

Rates, pricing & booking logic

  • No date ranges for pricing
  • No conditional taxes, goods or services
  • No Extra rates
  • No Auto rates
  • No Fast status change

Content & editing

  • No rich text editor
  • No shortcodes
  • No drag & drop in Availability Calendar
  • No autocomplete

Import / Export / Data

  • No Import / Export (XLS, CSV)
  • No Data backup

Branding / Personalisation

  • No personal WebApp (PWA)
  • Limited customization options (logo, images)

Automation

  • No automated emails or SMS
  • No multi-role managers

Support

Support available only via Help database (Paid versions include email & phone support)
