How to Connect Booking.com to Channel Manager

Follow these steps to establish a secure connection between Booking.com and NOBEDS for real-time synchronization.

1Step 1 — Start on Booking.com

Log in to your Booking.com Extranet. Click on the "Account" icon in the top-right corner and select "Connectivity provider" from the dropdown menu.

Ensure you are logged into the correct Booking.com account before selecting the provider.

2Step 2 — Search for NOBEDS

Click on the "Search" button and type "NOBEDS" into the search field. Select NOBEDS from the search results to continue.

Ensure you have admin rights in the Booking.com Extranet to access connectivity settings.

3Step 3 — Confirm Connection

Ensure all necessary connection features (XML/API) are selected. Review the agreement and proceed to confirm the connection.

4Step 4 — Provider Activated

Once confirmed, you will see a success message in Booking.com stating that NOBEDS is now your active connectivity provider.

5Step 5 — Open NOBEDS Channels

Go to your NOBEDS account dashboard, navigate to "Menu" and select "Channels". Find the Booking.com card and open it.

6Step 6 — Select Listing to Map

In the Booking.com channel settings in NOBEDS, you will see your listings. Click the "Map" button next to the room you want to connect.

7Step 7 — Enter Booking.com Property ID

A window will appear. Enter your 6-8 digit Booking.com Property ID (found at the top of your Booking.com Extranet) and click "Go!" to link the listing.

This ID is always visible in the top banner of your Booking.com dashboard.

Verify that the room names match exactly between both platforms.

8Step 8 — Final Sync & Management

After mapping your rooms, use the "SYNC" button to synchronize your availability and rates with Booking.com for the first time. You can also download a Month or Year calendar directly from Booking.com.

Only new bookings will enter the system (due to GDPR regulations).

NOBEDS now becomes your primary calendar and all management must be done via the NOBEDS Availability Calendar.
