How to Delete Your Nobeds Account
Follow these steps to safely and permanently delete your property account.
If you no longer wish to use Nobeds, you can delete your account yourself. This action is completely self-service, but it must be performed with care as it is permanent and irreversible.
Steps to Delete Your Account
1. Navigate to Account settings
Log in to your Nobeds account, click on the **Settings** menu at the top, and select **Account & Security** (or **Account**).
2. Click the Delete account button
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the red **Delete account** button and click it to open the confirmation dialog.
3. Confirm the permanent deletion
A warning will appear detailing that all data (bookings, properties, and configurations) will be deleted forever. Click **Yes, delete everything!** to confirm.
Important: Cancel Active Subscriptions First
Before deleting your account, you must cancel any active premium subscription via **Settings > Subscription** to prevent future Stripe billing. Deleting your Nobeds account does not automatically stop charges if a subscription remains active on the payment gateway.
Required Privileges
Only the owner or an admin manager has permissions to delete the property account. Normal staff or restricted managers cannot perform this action.
