How to Delete Bookings, Logs or Your Account

Learn how to manage your data removal options safely.

Important: Some actions cannot be undone. Please read each step carefully before confirming deletion.

Step 1 — Open Security Settings

First, open your account security page.

Navigation path: Settings → Account & Security

This section contains all data-removal options available for your property.

Delete All Bookings

Use this option if you want to remove all reservations from your system.

When to use

  • Testing account cleanup
  • Starting fresh setup
  • Removing demo or imported bookings

Steps

  1. Go to Security settings
  2. Locate Delete bookings
  3. Click Delete bookings
  4. Confirm the action
All reservations will be permanently removed.

⚠️ Delete All Bookings:

  • Deletes guest data
  • Removes booking history
  • Cannot be restored

Delete System Logs

Logs contain activity history such as imports, updates, or system actions.

Steps

  1. Open Security settings
  2. Click Delete logs
  3. Confirm deletion

Recommended if:

  • You want privacy cleanup
  • You reset or transfer account ownership
  • You want to reduce stored history
Logs will be cleared immediately.

Delete Entire Account

Deleting your account removes ALL hotel information.

This includes:

Property data
Rooms
Prices
Channels
Bookings
Users
Logs

Steps

  1. Open Security settings
  2. Click Delete account
  3. Confirmation window will appear
  4. Press Delete

Final Confirmation

Before deletion, a warning message will appear.

You must confirm that you understand:

  • Data will be deleted permanently
  • Recovery may only be available for Cloud Plus members
  • This action cannot normally be reversed

After Deletion

Depending on the selected action:

  • Delete bookings - Reservations removed
  • Delete logs - Activity history cleared
  • Delete account - Entire property removed

You may need to log in again or create a new property after account deletion.

Recommendation

Before deleting data, consider:

  • Exporting important bookings
  • Disconnecting channels
  • Informing team members
If you are unsure — contact support before deleting your account to avoid accidental data loss.
