How to Open Hard Closed Rooms on Booking.com

If you cannot open your rooms from the channel manager, follow this guide to reset your connection.

Sometimes Booking.com automatically applies a "Hard Close" to properties, which may prevent you from opening availability directly through the NOBEDS channel manager.

To resolve this, you need to perform a quick reset of your connectivity settings:

11. Disconnect NOBEDS

Go to your Booking.com Extranet settings and deactivate NOBEDS as your Connectivity Provider.

This temporary disconnection will not delete any existing data in NOBEDS.

22. Reconnect NOBEDS

Immediately after disconnecting, search for NOBEDS again and reconnect it as your primary Connectivity Provider.

Immediate reconnection is recommended to minimize any potential sync delays.

This "reset" usually forces Booking.com to release the hard close and allows NOBEDS to take control of your availability again.
