Set different rates for different numbers of guests

Adjust your listing base price depending on the number of guests staying.

1. Access Listings

Navigate to Settings > Listings and select the listing you want to edit.

2. Enable Extra Guest Rates

Scroll down to the ExtraRates or Pricing section. Click 'Enable guest count pricing'.

3. Define Rates and Save

Specify prices for different occupancy levels (e.g. 1 guest, 2 guests, etc.) or set a flat rate for each additional guest. Save changes.

Extra guest pricing is automatically sent to synchronized channels like Booking.com and Airbnb. Details: support@nobeds.com.
