To set up a hostel or dormitory in the NoBeds system, you create each bed as an individual listing directly under your listings dashboard. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a Listing for Each Bed
Go to Settings > Listings (or click the Listings tile) and click the green Create button.
- Enter a clear title for the bed (e.g., 'Dorm 1 - Bed A').
- Set Type to Rent.
- Set Sub type to Bed or Shared room.
- Set Guests (max capacity) to 1 (since a single bed accommodates 1 guest).

Step 2: Copy the Bed Listing to Save Time
Once your first bed listing is configured, go to the listings page, locate the bed, and click the Copy icon in the card footer. Rename it accordingly (e.g., 'Dorm 1 - Bed B') and save. Repeat this for all beds in your dormitory rooms (e.g., 6 beds = 6 listings).

Step 3: Map Beds to Channels
Go to Channels & settings. In the Booking.com or Airbnb channel mapping screen, map each individual bed listing in NoBeds to the corresponding bed listing on the channel extranet. This keeps availability perfectly synced in real-time.
