1. Generate & Share Registration Link

Copy the unique registration URL from the booking details view or configure automated pre-arrival emails to automatically send registration links to guests upon booking confirmation.

2. Guest Completes Online Check-In

Guests open the link on mobile or desktop, fill out required contact details, upload identity document photos, review your terms & conditions, and sign digitally.

3. Review & PMS Auto-Sync

Submitted registration data, guest signatures, and ID uploads automatically sync to the booking card inside your NOBEDS account for instant review.

  • Guest identity document uploads are encrypted and processed securely.
  • Custom terms & conditions and hotel policies can be added in Settings.
