How to Use Unified Messaging System

Centralize all guest messages, automated responses, and payment links in one real-time inbox.

The NOBEDS Unified Messaging System consolidates all guest communications from connected channels (such as Booking.com and Airbnb) and direct bookings into a single dashboard.

1. Access the Unified Inbox

Click on the Messages icon in the top header menu. Switch between Active conversations and Archived messages using the bottom tabs.

2. View Channels & Guest Threads

Select any guest thread from the left sidebar. Each thread displays the OTA channel logo, reservation ID, guest name, and real-time message status.

3. Send Replies & Fast Actions

Type replies directly in the message composer. Send payment links, self-check-in details, or click 'No Reply Needed' to mark completed threads.

Important Notes

  • Incoming OTA channel messages synchronize automatically in real-time.
  • Payment links in chat require active Stripe integration settings.
  • Unread message notifications appear on the top navigation bar.
