ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Just Trade Ltd., which owns and operates nobeds.com ("Company") and you enter into this agreement subject to the following Terms Of Service ("Terms"). Company does not warrant or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or truthfulness of any information provided by or with respect to a hotelier or other provider of services accessed through the Services.

Because some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, such limitation may not apply in its entirety to Licensee.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY, ITS SUPPLIERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without reference to the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods.
