NOBEDS integrates directly with major OTAs (Booking.com and Airbnb) to pull reviews automatically. Instead of checking each platform individually, you can read guest feedback, analyze cleanliness ratings, and generate performance reports from one place.
How to Use Review Reports
1. Review List Dashboard
Navigate to Reviews in the main menu. The Index view shows all imported guest reviews sorted by date. Each entry displays:
• Guest name, rating score, and comment details.
• Associated room or listing.
• Date and source channel (Booking.com or Airbnb).
2. Cleanliness by Room (CleanByRoom)
Go to Reviews > CleanByRoom. This report organizes cleanliness scores by room or cottage. It helps you identify which specific properties receive lower ratings or require maintenance. It displays the average cleanliness score and historical trends.
3. Housekeeping Staff Scores (CleanByStaff)
Go to Reviews > CleanByStaff. If you assign tasks to your housekeeping team, the system automatically correlates guest cleanliness ratings with the staff members who cleaned that room. This allows you to track individual staff cleanliness percentages and performance over time.
