1. Connect Channels First
Make sure your channel connections (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) are active in Settings > Channel Manager.

2. Access Reviews Dashboard
Navigate to the Reviews index from the side navigation menu to load the synced feed.

3. Enable Automated Reviews
Click on settings icon in the Reviews page, enable the toggle to pull reviews periodically, and review synced scores.
