Connect Expedia to Channel Manager

Automatically sync reservations, rates, and inventory with Expedia.

1. Choose Provider in Expedia Extranet

First, enable connection on Expedia's side:

  • Log in to Expedia Partner Central.
  • Navigate to Rooms and Rates > Connectivity Settings.
  • Under System Provider, select NOBEDS and submit the request.

2. Copy Expedia Hotel ID

To identify your property in NOBEDS:

  • Copy your Expedia Hotel ID, which is displayed at the top of Expedia Partner Central.

3. Enable Expedia in NOBEDS Settings

To activate the channel manager connection:

  • In NOBEDS, go to Settings > Channel Manager > Expedia.
  • Enter your Expedia Hotel ID and save settings.
  • Proceed to map your listing rooms and rates.

Important Notes

  • It can take up to 15 minutes for the XML connection to be fully activated by Expedia.
  • Always double check that your room names and rates in NOBEDS match those in Expedia Partner Central.

  • Enable automatic import of old bookings during mapping to prevent overbookings.
