1. Setup Invoicing Rules in NOBEDS

Navigate to Settings > Invoicing. Toggle the Auto-Generate Invoices setting to true. Choose whether this applies to all reservations or only specific OTA channels.

2. Configure Expedia Email Templates

Go to Settings > Guest Emails. Edit the welcome/self check-in email template. Make sure to define the trigger condition: *Send upon receiving booking from Expedia*.

3. Enable Email Relay

Check the Enable Expedia Guest Email Relay option. NOBEDS will route the check-in instructions and PDF invoice using Expedia's guest email proxy shortly after booking confirmation.
