Booking Statuses and Their Meaning
This guide explains every status available in NOBEDS and how to track the full reservation lifecycle.
๐ข New booking
Default status after import from Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, iCal, or your website booking engine.
โ Approved booking
Booking confirmed after successful prepayment or manual validation. Guest confirmed and arrival is secured.
๐ฃ Modified booking
Appears when reservation was changed on OTA side (dates, price, or guest count). Requires your attention.
๐งน Cleaned booking
Internal status to track housekeeping. Indicates room cleaning is finished. Does not affect availability.
๐ต Checked-In booking
Guest has arrived. Used for reception workflow and live occupancy tracking.
๐ต Checked-Out booking
Guest departure completed. Used for stay completion tracking and reporting.
๐ด No show booking
Guest did not arrive. Use when the arrival date has passed and the guest is unreachable.
โ Cancelled booking
Reservation cancelled. Availability automatically opens and channels are notified.
๐ณ Invalid CC booking
Indicates a declined card or wrong details. Platforms may be informed automatically.
๐ด Debtor booking
Guest stayed but payment could not be collected (unpaid invoice or chargeback).
๐ด Problematic booking
Manual flag for difficult situations, fraud suspicion, or communication issues.
๐ก Prepaid booking
Payment received partially or fully in advance (deposit or bank transfer).
๐ฐ Paid booking
Payment received manually (e.g., cash). Invoices can be issued automatically.
๐ฐ Paid bank
Paid via bank transfer (SEPA or external accounting).
๐ณ Paid CC booking
Successful credit card payment. Marks booking as financially completed.
๐ข Completed booking
Final lifecycle state. Invoice sent, stay finished, and reporting complete.
