How to delete an old manager?

If you need to remove a staff member, receptionist, or former manager from NoBeds, follow these instructions.

To permanently delete a manager profile from your NoBeds account:

1. Navigate to Managers: Go to the top navigation header, select Settings, and click on the Managers tab.
2. Open Manager Details: Click on the row of the manager you wish to delete to launch the Edit Manager details dialog box.
3. Verify Delete Rights: Ensure your logged-in profile has Delete permissions enabled. If you do not have deletion rights, the red delete button in the footer will be hidden.
4. Click Delete: Click the red Delete button located in the bottom-left corner of the modal footer.
5. Confirm Deletion: Click OK in the pop-up confirmation alert. The account is instantly removed.

Important Safety and Audit Information:
Activity Logs: Deleting a manager does not remove their historical activity logs. All past audits and changes made by this user are preserved for security.
Assigned Tasks: Any active tasks currently assigned to this manager will automatically be unassigned. Please reassign them to active employees beforehand.
Self-Deletion Protection: The system prevents you from deleting the manager profile you are currently logged in with.
