How to send your availability to Agoda.com channel calendar?

By connecting Agoda.com to the NOBEDS channel manager, you can automatically sync room availability, rates, and bookings in real-time.

  • Premium Subscribers: Real-time automatic synchronization runs every 1 minute.
  • Free Tier Users: Automatic synchronization runs every 10 minutes.
  • GDPR Compliance: Due to GDPR regulations, past/old bookings cannot be imported automatically from Agoda. Only new bookings created after establishing the link will sync.

Mapping Your Rooms to Agoda

Before sending availability, you must link your NOBEDS rooms to your Agoda listings:

  1. Open the main menu, go to Channels, and select Agoda (or navigate to /Agoda/Index).
  2. Mapped rooms will show their connection status. Unmapped rooms will display a Map button.
  3. Click Map next to the listing you wish to connect.
  4. Input your Agoda property details:
  • Agoda Hotel ID
  • Agoda Room ID
  • Agoda Rate ID
  1. Click Submit to save the mapping.

Sending Availability and Fetching Bookings

On the Agoda channel manager page, you can perform manual actions:

1. Send Availability & Rates (Push)

  • Locate the Send NOBEDS availability & rates to Agoda.com option.
  • Click the Send button. This pushes your complete NOBEDS calendar and rates to Agoda, instantly updating your live listings.
  • Use this option when first setting up the mapping or when you need to force-update availability.

2. Sync Bookings (Pull)

  • Locate the Get newest bookings from Agoda.com option.
  • Click Sync. This manually pulls the latest active reservations from Agoda into your NOBEDS dashboard.

Monitoring and Managing Links

  • Status Badges: Mapped rooms show a status indicator. A green badge indicates a healthy connection. A red badge indicating errors will display the error count and last error message.
  • Connection Times: Check the indicator columns:
  • ↓ (Down Arrow): Time since the last check/import from Agoda.
  • ↑ (Up Arrow): Time since the last upload/send to Agoda.
  • Clearing Links: To disconnect a room from Agoda, click the Clear Mapping (trash icon) button in the room list.
